What helps us help you.

If something looks wrong on a listing, send the listing URL and what you expected to see. If the extension isn't showing up at all, tell us which browser you're using. If it's a billing question, write from the address on the account.

Common things.

Nothing appears on a listing. Check that the extension is switched on in the popup, then reload the page. We only run on the rental sites listed in the extension description, and only on pages for a specific apartment.

A record looks wrong. Everything comes from city and state open data, which does contain errors. Send us the listing and we'll look at what the source actually says.

Billing or cancelling. Manage your plan from your account page, or email us and we'll sort it out.
